Finanzas Forex

Once again, the topic of risky investment opportunities comes up. Finanzas Forex is a private company, based in Panama, trading on the Foreign Exchange market, which recently opened itself to the unregulated retail market.

So far there is no formal review on Finanzas Forex, so i'm pretty much flying blind, picking up information as I get it. Hopefully by next week i'll have more info from a conference they are having in Brazil.

FFX (Finanzas Forex) offers different investment plans, in varying risk levels... depending on how much money you invest, the maximum ROI (Return on Investment) changes.
From 100 to 3,999 dollars, the maximum you can earn is 10 percent MONTHLY.
From 4000 to 19,999 dollars, the max is 14%
From 20,000 to 49,999 dollars, it's 16%
Fifty grand and up, it's 20% maximum return per month.
There's also a High Risk plan, that offers up to 50% return per month.
You have to keep your original investment with FFX for 6 months to avoid paying a 15% penalty. However, the gains you make are completely liquid.
There is a commission that can be gained by bringing another person into forex: .05% of that person's investment per month. The commission structure is multi-level.

Going against conventional wisdom, I decided to become an investor. I'm going to watch this one closely.

The National Futures Association warns about Forex markets, saying:
As mentioned above, retail off-exchange forex trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The possibility exists that you could lose all of your initial investment and be liable for additional losses. Therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Be aware of all the risks associated with forex trading and make an informed decision after consulting with your financial advisor and considering your own financial situation and objectives.

The Netherlands Authority for Financial Markets had this to say about FFX (or Evolution Market Groups, Inc-- the company it's under):
According to information disclosed by staff linked to the company, on 15th March 2008, the number of clients recruited by the company in the countries where the company performs business activity has added up to 18,720 clients and the amount collected up to 121,154,519 $. The company presents an increase of 600 clients and 2 million $ a day.
The report continued, essentially warning consumers about the company.

The Comision Nacional de Valores de Panama (Securities Commission of Panama) issued a clarification about FFX, possibly due to the number of inquiries made about the company:

There are some interesting parallels with FFX and Charles Ponzi's scheme. The thing is, even with Ponzi, there were people making good money. The trick was to pull out in time. FFX has been around since January of 2007. By this time, they are hitting their third 6 month cycle. Ponzi was able to run his scheme for about 11 months, in the course of which he had amassed millions of dollars.

Here's my conclusion:
The Foreign Exchange market is high risk, high gain. The raising and relaxing of interest rates has made the US dollar (and, consequently, many other currencies) fluctuate wildly. This allows smart brokers to make very good returns on their investments. Why these brokers would want to share their amazing secret with isn't all too clear. They could be taking a Wal-Mart approach to business (Small profit margin is made up for by wide client base). So far, current FFX clients are very happy with their investments. If this is a Ponzi scheme, it may be coming to an end, and there might not be much more time until everything collapses. I'm willing to invest for six months, until I regain my original investment, and leave the rest as seed money (If I lose it, it'll only be the interest I gained).

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I hope I won't be sorry. Updates coming soon.

Thank you for your well-written article regarding Finanzas Forex. By this date FFX has completed its conference in Brazil. I wondered if you might have any update on your evaluation. I am the director of a non-profit organization and have two of our associates that have invested heavily in FFX. I am quite concerned about the effect a FFX collapse would have on their families.

Anonymous,
My speculations on FFX haven't changed-- I'm only going to invest money that I wouldn't miss too terribly if I were to come to lose. I also know several employees of non-profit organizations that are looking into investing in FFX so they can live off of the monthly returns. I wouldn't recommend it until there are more proper guarantees on investor's money.

Hi Antar, Do you have an update? A friend of mine put me on this yesterday and I am going to do some research. I am concerned he is jumping in and he has a friend who has put 75k into it! Have you had success or found other information?

Thanks!

Hello everyone, I also invested a few K's in finanzas forex and I am very satesfied. I come from Slovenia, and FFX is really in an expansion! Profits are great! People are off course very sceptic beacuse they cannot belive the high profits. It was the same with the "funds" about 15 - 20 years ago, when people couldn't belive their money can gain 10 - 15 % per year if they invest. after a few years, funds were a big boom.. It is the same pattern now... but this time: 10 - 20% per month!!!
Forex will be a trendy thing for another few years, until the govourments don't stabilize the currencies! :)
Finanzas Forex is a great company!they have great plans for the future!they gave out a new plan: Commodities for the investors over 200.000USD....you give half in forex, half in commodities, they give warranty on 100.000 in forex, on the other half you get 50% every month!!!it is a crazy thing!!!they charge 3-8% yearly to ensure the money (100.000)...

Finanzas forex has been changing banks 5 to 6 six times within the past month. That to me is very suspicious. I have also seen blogs about this company not being licensed. Anyone have an answer?

Here's the official story:

With so much new capital coming into FFx every day, no bank in the world is able to receive over 600 transactions daily from one client (that is, FFx), since it would imply working exclusively with that client. When bank accounts are opened, the high amount of daily transactions set off automatic shutdowns of the accounts. The long term solution (talked about in the last convention) is to acquire a bank (with the financial market as it is, FFx might find a good deal). Short term solutions are said to include creating separate accounts for the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the E.U.

A family member told me of them a few ago and this company apparently did not have a license, therefore they will only be operating in Panama. I do not know what the laws are over there but I'd be careful with them. I'll just stick with AGAPE for now eventhough their ROI is only 10-12% every 75 days. I have been investing with this company for 5 yrs and they are much more reliable.

It is very suspicious the activities of FFx, the investors received the monthly gains from the new investors, not from the Co. which is very disorganized. I asked for my money on August 2 and today, Sept 25 I haven't received it. Anyone has gotten money directly from them? Monny

I have read of a few cases of investors not being able to get their principal returned to them!
I would like to know if anyone has been able to get their principal back and how long it took?
Is it possible that the the few that did not, did not followed the correct procedure? VdO

Your investment is held for 6 months. Maybe they were trying to retrieve their principal too soon.

In practice, you should be able to retrieve your investment after 6 months if you want - that is the rule right?

Vitor,

Technically you can take out your initial investment prior to 6 months, but you get hit with a 15% penalty charge and you do not get to keep the interest earned.

So my deep concern with Finanzas Forex is just that, you do see your money multiply and grow...but can you and will the company release your original investment back to you? I've spoken with a Forex Broker friend of mine and he had this to say about it...
1. Many red flags
2. Unregulated and for all you know they could be trading bananas with jungle monkeys...are there any reports?
3. The problem arises in taking OUT your investment. Has anyone received their original investment back? Not from any other source (a friend, another investor, someone else...) but from Finananzas Forex?
4. With so much money coming in, cant they afford a good web designer and a decent translator for their website? Their philosophy does not reflect their image.

It seems many people already complain that they have not been able to take their money out...and for those who have, did you get it directly from FF? How long did it take? Getting it from someone else does not count.
Also if your breaking the cycle (6 month investment) I would expect delays as well, just common sense...so please let me know.

I agree with you. To date I have not had any confirmation from anyone, that if one wants out after the 6 months the principal will be returned by Finanzas Forex. In fact when I have placed this question I have always been answered a completely different question!

Will you please answer my question dated Oct 17th regarding USA
investors. I also notice that one
needs to invest a minimum of $10,000.....why has Finanzas changed these figures? And how do
you get English speaking customer
service support?

October 23, 2008 at 5:19 PM

The reason Finanzas Forex does not have a strong US presence might have to do with the terrible english version of its website. Even when you are logged on to the english version, there are parts of the website that show up in spanish. Europeans might be more used to working with multiple languages, and will feel more comfortable with something that isn't written well in their native tongue. Of course, this is speculation.
So far as the change in the minimum investment, it's something i'd have to investigate. It may have something to do with a reduction in bank transfer requests, so that FFx won't have to change bank accounts over and over again, like they were doing several months ago

Do realize that the Finanzas Forex claim is effectively a promise that: if you invest $50,000, in 3 years (assuming you do not take out any money out), you will have compounded about 35.4 MILLION dollars. That's right... with $50,000.00 you make 35 MILLION in 3 years. But is this too good to be true? NO (if you suffer mental retardation or are hopelessly naive). More to the tune of probability, the answer is YES (i.e., yes, it is probably too good to be true).

Naivety punishes - and the price is expensive.

If you want to "invest" in this company, do it with money THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE WITHOUT BEING AFFECTED.

I know someone who put all of his money in it. He has 2 months to break even. Nonetheless, receiving money does not give you the luxury of a sound conclusion. The author of this post has the right outlook - it is pure RISK MONEY.

Do not be foolish. I have been successfully investing in the FX markets for 2 years and I am telling you, compounding money at that rate with that size of money, with that consistency, coupled with a risk-free guarantee requires A) CHEATING, B) LYING, or C) psychic abilities.

If something seems to good too be true, it probably is.

If you have any questions on the matter, you can email me at aztecprime@hotmail.com

I agree "If something seems to good too be true, it probably is".

This company could have done a lot more to demonstrate it is a serious market player.

If they distanced themselves from what they are offering their clients, they would quickly see the doubts that surround their business and would consequently take corrective measures.
Maybe they just don´t care. The fact is they have a short track record.

FINANZAS FOREX

As I first started, it seemed really weird for me because of the tipical quote "too good to be true" but you have to also understand that return does not come right away. The Forex Market is the biggest market in the world fellows, its trades volumes are in the TRILLIONS, it is bigger than the famous stock market. However you have to invest with a lot of money in order to make a profit. What this company is doing is getting investors all over the world to invest money, so their trade volumes are higher and they can low the price on their buys so they can make profit out of this.

Bottom line, I dont know if you get my point, but if you invest on FINANZAS FOREX 100 usd, or 300 usd, it will take MORE than 3 years to get 34.5 millions dollars. 34.5 millions dollars is a lot of money, but do you realize how many people is there that have more than 30 millions?...NOW pay attention to this: If you go to the stock market one morning and make a trade investing 50,000 usd on a company that was 1.54 usd a share like AIG was couple of months ago, that means you are buying 32,467 shares. If the price of that share on the same day, or the morning after JUMPS or Rally is how they call it from 1.54 usd a share to 4.30 dollars a share how it actually happened... guess and calculate how much you make in ONE DAY.. is it too good to be true???.... NOW, all of this markets have volatility, and risk involved in them. Nothing is free here, so you have to off course know what you can afford to loose.

finanzas forex is so far a very reliable company, what they do is not 100% secure because they run within a risky market. However, their brokers are doing a very good job so far, and their projections are being very reliable, people are getting paid, and happy. I have friends making 6.000 usd, 15,000, 3000, 1600 a month with finanzas forex, people is happy "so far". But that is how every market is, I guaranteed it will not have just an uphill trend, it will also have its downhill trends, but you have to know and watch out when is good enough and when to take your money out.

I am happy with finanzas forex so far, and I hope it keeps doing good for a longer period of time!

If you feel interested in it. contact me, I can explain you more, and I'll help you register for it.

I will tel you something, you dont have to try something so aggresively, try small, but try, because if you don try you will never know what could of happened.

Take care, and be WISE, not BLIND and live in a box, gotta live outside the box.

here is my email, if you have any questions.

Hello all. This has been very good to read. I have a couple of things to say regarding FFX. I am an investor myself and so far has been good, I am happy with it and I like that there is no need to invest a lot of money to get in nor to get new investors if you dont want to. I have been able to get money out directly from them, but just the interest and comissions payment and took 3 weeks in being on my account, I did it 3 months in a row, last months I haven't do it as a some people just bought my earnings, that is a much convenient way of gettitng the money. I haven't tried to get out the initial investment. What I didnt like was the money was accreditated to my account directly on the bank, not by a wire transfer as we sent the money to them. But its fair to say that either way they send me the money. I also agree with the comments regarding the website, it should be more "serious": some links havent been updated months ago, when they changed some investment conditions they haven't updated the promotional video and so. My advise like much others have said. risk the money you can lose, take out money every month until you get your initial investment back, then you can reinvest again with the original "risk money" you have as a guarentee. I hope I made myself clear. I also want to know more about AGAPE so if you can send some info to ivanhoeag@hotmail.com I'd appreciate it

I went to their offices in panama where their website says they work from, I also saw from a friend who is an investor that they are receiving clients at the office dated 26 November. the office is empty and the doorman laughed when I mentioned who I was looking for FFX he said they get people every day from many countries. who cannot find them at their old office or the new. Plus the office ( maybe 1,500 sqf)seemed to be too...... small for a company supposedly managing hundreds of millions of dollars in investment.

Well guys, I have friend, well he actualy got others into this and they manage to collect $200.000, but as I mentioned at start he is my friend. So I tried to find logical explanation for all that FFX is claiming, 10-15-20%, or 50%.

On every single site I found ppl for it and against it.

Even on this blog, some ppl claim that this is REAL thing ??!

Ok here is what I comed to:

1. 15.02.2007. FFX opened Company
2. 15.02.2009 (they claim to go to new site for Europe market), my lucky guess that is date when all money will be gone !
3. I don't say that some people didn't get their money, that is point of good marketing ! Those ppl are not stupid, thay have promotors, and I even believe some of them doesn't even know what and who is behind all this !

4. Every one who even tried to trade at FOREX, or tried to trade on bookies, or any other market, shares, ... can know that there is no such thing as sure ROI (return of investment), and specialy not above 20% !

5. More money you have, its harder to invest ! And nobody is thinking ... They give you 20% and 0.5% in 7 levels of ppl under you ! That is more then 20% and if everybody has all levels (its more money then invested) !

6. Most of the money that ppl get out is by putting new ppl in !

7. Everybody has friend who got money (car, house) by this FFX, and they saw money, got money, but did you actuly try to get it directly, well I know that some of you did, but some of you didn't, and for me, even if 1 guy doesn't get money, something is wrong, and I found on internet more then 1 guy who didn't get 1 cent from them ! And tried to complain until they deleted his account completly.

When you collect all good advices you come to this conclusion:
1. Invest only money you can aford to lose !
2. Don't think this is real thing, if you want to invest be prepare for BIG risk, maybe you get money out, but don't think it is LEGAL and real thing, maybe you will get friend into this and they will lose money, even if you get, think about friends who didn't !
3. I have some links and stuff, from other sites, this company is not registered for FOREX, it doesn't have license to do FOREX trading ! Not in Panama or Swiss, or Holland like their claim to have. Even Panama sounds so suspicious cause we all know how they do job there. There are plenty other countries without taxes.

4. Is it real ? NO, question is how long it will last. How many ppl will get their money ?

Well money will get only some of the investors. They have calculation for sure, as long as the income is bigger then withdrawals, they will payout money ! Once the requested money reaches payments, you will not see FFX site and their company and your money !

Good luck to everybody who has part in this threat ..

Btw I'm also interested in AGAP, please if you can contact me about it on: kova.zag @ gmail.com

Well few more things, well while I write I will write it all.

When I asked friend about this FFX, he was so sure about it. He was telling me, you are so blind, most of the ppl think like you (he said 95%), and they don't invest into this great oportunity.

Well ? As I mentioned in post above. If you tried to earn money once by trading, buying - selling, you know how hard is it.

And now you want to tell me there is 1 company with shity site, old 2 years and they have POWER and best brookers of the world which cover each other ?
They even sell silly story, if 1 brooker is in -, other one has + and it is still +.

Come on ppl, who can give you 20% return and not ask for ANY money in return ?

Did you even try to calculate amounts of money ?

With 200.000 you would get in 2 months something around 200.000 more ! And with 400.000 and 20% !

In only 12 months you would have 3.56 Milions !

And in second year you would have amazing 31.8 Milion of USD !

And tell me from who would they took that money ?

With only 10 ppl with 200.000 they would have to give in 2 years 750 milions of USD ! OUT !

Count what would happen if 1000 ppl gets in for 2 years and then out, or even 10.000 !?

We talk about big amounts here.

BAD SITE, BAD COMPANY LOCATION, MORE THEN 1 COMPLAINT ABOUT WITHDRAWING MONEY, DONT HAVE LICENSE, ...

But don't think that they are stupid, they did this before, they know how people who need money think. Show them little, you will get 10 times more.

Guys imagine this, please:

If I had 100.000 e-mails.

And I send to every 20.000 separatly (for free) 1 stock (or 1 event in bookie), so I have 5 odds (5 stocks) and if only 1 of the event, stock go up, I have 20.000 happy customers !

With those 20.000 I will get more then 100.000 new ones! And I could do it over and over again !

And those 20.000 would be ready to pay me some money to get new tip...

Well imagine all this just little bit more complex, little bit more calculated, ... and you will get this FFX.

Hello everybody,

I'd like to express my opinion on FFX. I am an investor since June 2008. Until now everything seems to be ok. I received the payment at the end of my first 6-months cicle. Up to now, I didn't get any money back...going on for compunding.

Even if I am an investor, I agree with the fact that 10-15 or 20% a month is extremely suspect. On the other hand, looking to financial markets in these last months, and the Forex market even more, it would seem possible to obtain such a high gains, especially with such a high volatility levels. How can these guys always gain ? Are they the new masters of 'stop losses'. No idea....and probably the Ponzi hyp is the more reliable one....so we have just to make the right decision about when to get out....

Best

Hi, suspect to say the least. Most professionals who trade in the FOREX market lose- it is quite difficult to make money.. The site does not even mention any strategy they are using , we dont even know if they are trading

There was a ponzi broken up by Interpol based in Colombia- that was tied to laundering- I think the owner of this one is tied to gambling sites etc... Anyone who has invested in the stockmarkets knows this site is a scam... As soon as I found out there was MLM involved and there were promoters etc... i realized it was a joke

i noticed they are not taking money from the EU now. wonder why? could it be that the Spainish govt is continuing on with their criminal investigation?

Within the next three weeks Finanzas will officially open an office in the following EU countries of Spain, Slovenia, Germany & Italy. For security reasons (for the investor) it will be opereated by a separate company.
I have been an investor for almost 6 months and I am very happy with the monthly interests that I have been making, on average around 7% a month. There have been many negative comments about Finanzas as well as many more positive comments. My sponsor has been with this company for 16 months, I have access to his back office and have watched him making over US $100,000.00 a month.
I am inspired and delighted to be
a part of Finanzas especially when they complete their licensing here in the USA within the next couple of months. My best wishes to all those investors who are participating in Finanazas.

People, are you all fools?
If this was the case we would all be millionaires. If one invests 2 million usd--- I get 200,000 per month????? - I am surprised the FBI hasnt looked at this for money laundering

In fact, the FBI has been looking into it. They've frozen up the assets of several investments to analyze them further. After a few weeks they let the funds go their way. From the constant notices on their website, one can see that FFx makes an emphasis on avoiding laundered money.

In no way am I a mindless defender of FFx, nor am I a critic for criticism's sake.

Notice that those that have invested for more than six months are generally happy. I don't know all of the details of the trades that go on, but I do know that the percentages fluctuate from month to month-- it's not a promised, fixed amount. Frankly, It doesn't bother me much. I know it's risky, but I'm getting money in my bank each month. If I lose, I lose, but I'll have made back my initial investment.

FYI I have seen my sponsor's withdrawals in his back office since July last year. He has invested in both Forex and Commodities and every month he withdraws his commissions from the half per cent he earns from his organization's investments, which is now in the 6 figure range every month. He has also taken out money from his Forex account and also
reinvested a considerable amount. In other words he has already made back more than the principal that he originally started with. That is why he and several other investors that I have seen in his back office are now very wealthy millionaires.
FFx is not for the faint hearted or for anyone who has doubts. You are either "in" or your "out". So to all those folks out there who
question this company, I suggest you just "move on".

Business in the US is hard for a lot of small businesses & small business owners are scared. An assiciate in the same type business I am in told me about this company. I was told the min an American can invest is now $200,000.00 & it will be closed as of April 1. Anyone else heard this? I was also told I must invest 50% in commodities & 50% Forex. This person invested over a yr ago out of fear, because of business loss. He invested about $50,000.00 & now has over $350,000.0- not sure how much more. Is taking out $10,000.00/mo & putting rest back in investment.

It has comments since FFX started (good and bad ones) so it has a long history and everyone can be enlighted about what has elapsed since the beginning of FFX. It is a veeeery loooonnng thread (91 pages so far and it keeps going on...nice). Good Day.

The company is very solid. I have been doing this over one year (FFX) and pulling out money has never been a problem. In jan. 2009 they wanted every investor to wait until Jan. 15th to request withdrawing money because they are fixing some of the problems with the web-site and late payments. To recieve your money it takes about 3 to 4 weeks. I have done this and I have over 50k. Ponzi this ponzi that. Yes many companies are frauds but I have visited the offices in Panama and they are real. For all those who dont believe me just book a flight and see it for your self. This company is real and I also make real money. The problem that I see is that most investors keep up with the news on the day that they reinvest thier money. What you need to be doing is go to the web-site two or three times a week and keep updated on whats going on. Ask your sponser, if that doesnt work ask support even though they have been slow at times but they are improving. For those in the company have faith and for those talking crap get a life and do something better with your boring lives and make money doing something rather than talking crap. FFX is solid and even with my career I make more on this than my funds are doing per year. I didnt believe this until I did it. Keep positive out thier and enjoy FFX.

This is Ponzi. Some comments presented above are ridiculous.

"No bank can handle 600 trades a day" -- What a joke, I´ve trade bank level FX for years, everything is electronic, they handle hundreds of thousands of transactions a day each.

"FX markets recently unregulated" - FX has been easily accesable and tradable since the early 90´s.

"Smart brokers" - Anyone making 20% a month would do so with his own money, or at the very least take a 50% cut of what he made for others, and would be given millions per client. They would open a registered fund and get real investors. They wouldn´t, as FFX claims, take none of the returns, and create a vauge site in Panama that can´t afford to spell check it´s website, and send reps out to all countries to prey on retail clinets so they can get those 1000-5000$ amounts.

There are so many lies misstatements on their sites it´s like they aren´t even trying. Those returns your are getting is your own money being given back to you (in 10% increments), or paid with other deposits coming in. Then one day, out of the blue, everything will be closed.

I stumbled into an office of one of these reps where they were extracting money out of a seemingly endless stream of old people. Upon questioning, it was obvious he did not know anything about markets, couldn´t answer any questions as to setup, broker, or accounting, and simply refered to a lawyer and ran off to blow up more retirment accounts.

They are preying on people who have lost money in the markets by promising them a way out. Disgusting.

Ponzi. Gaurenteed. DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF.

if your a victim I think you are out of luck. The fine print on the investment page states clearly that this is a highly speculative investment. That is how they will protect themselves. Which country are you from? They are protected overseas, all their servers are overseas- this was obvious- you should have known than to be duped into this scam. If you are in the USA you should make a complaint with the proper agencies- they are cracking down on illegal financial scams

The thing I dont understand, sure there must be victims, but where are they?? How come no one really comes on here and says they were ripped off by this company? Can it be that they did make money? and that it is legit? or are there sites that say they were ripped off were they go and tell their story?

February 13, 2009 at 8:41 AM

You bring up an interesting point. Generally, people that have been ripped off are trying to warn the public, and aren't just looking for a shoulder to cry on. It would make sense that if there were vast armies of ripped-off people, there would be more outcry. RipOffReport.com is a website that does just what the name implies. Finanzas Forex isn't listed. It's not proof of anything, but it's something interesting to note.

To the anonymous poster that's going after finanzas forex: I agree with the (other) anonymous poster that says that you'd have a tough time-- HOWEVER, if your money was lost, I'd suggest trying to go up your line till you reach someone that can answer your questions. A deposit that had gone "missing" for three months recently cleared for someone in my line. It was no small change: 55 grand. So, my advice is to explore some more options before resorting to lawsuits.

www.pacific-mutual.com

That is the new "Bank" that Finanze Forex uses. It´s not even a bank, but a savings and loan vehicle in yet another completely non-transparant country. There is no address or phone number on the site. WHOIS search gives up:
Contactprivacy.com
96 Mowat Ave
Toronto, ON M6K 3M1
CA

Obvious these are people that don´t want to be found. Note, the address in Panama was a fake, and the new address used is for P.O. Box -- another classic for HYIP schemes. More and more reports online of people not getting their money out, or FF hitting "delays". This is a classic symptom of a ponzi about to "run".
Moreover, even if you get out before it closes, if it is really a ponzi, you can be subject to clawback. If you are a promoter, you can be subject being a participant and liable via international wire fraud laws.

Food for thought. Get out while you can.

I have done searches on this company but dont see anything about interpol investigations or anything of such. Estimados Amigos,

REd flags:
1. Same structure as the Ulrich Engler case.
2. Unable to keep a bank account open.
3. People not being paid and many customers being ignored when they want money. They just don´t answer when it comes to withdrawals. Very selective in their responses.
4. Customers never, ever, see a broker´s statement with trades.
Up to this date some People in Finland still believe Wincapita was for real even thought they never saw a trading statement.
5. A constant win in forex with no losses. That´s the big one. Losses is part of forex. Most people they recruit off the street really don´t understand how trading works.

I am a victim too. I have a colombian friend in love with Finanzas Forex. She still believes we will be paid. She convinced me to invest with them. I live in USA but I am a mexican citizen. I started with Finanzas Forex in October 2008. They never paid a cent. They now say they have the money frozen in the american banks. THe people that invested after October 2009 in finanzas forex european accounts are gaining interest, but I do not because my money came from a transfer from my friend. Are anyone getting paid anything? I do not know what to do. I invested almost 11,000 usdlls. Even they stated the high risk of the investment, they make clear in the statements all over their page they would not loose capitals invested in their traditional accounts. I am sure now it is a scam. It is sad for me to know that maybe I would not see my money back, but if some other people think that way, what we do not get together to fight this? I consider they are buying time. They put in the notices section, they are paying 10% of the frozen accounts. I did not received anything. After reading all the posts, I would like to know if someone are doing anything more proactive that just complain? Could anyone tell me what should I do? What steps follow with the authorities? I do not want this guys to go unpunish. About the card, one friend of my colombian friend got it. It is supposed he is gaining interest, paid 150.00 dlls for the card but he cannot get his interests from the ATM as was promised.

Wow, what a great resource for people skeptical about Finanzas Forex, as you should be. I have recently signed a top executive of Finanzas Forex aka their "master distributor" with another Forex company that I have a financial relationship with and this individual has over 100,000 investors in his downline. He has personally brought in millions to Finanzas and yet he is planning an exit strategy with me. Why is he signing with me? Well, for several reasons: 1. The company I showed him has a "conservative" and "sustainable" offer for Forex investors plus a nice referral reward system. A conservative and stable return is a better product to sell right now that dodging investor calls for their money back..
2. This "man on top" of Finanzas is planning a plan B right now for the collapse of Finanzas. IF YOU ARE HOLDING ON TO HOPE WITH THIS COMPANY..please wake up now. They are re-packaging their offer, which is typical of a ponzi scheme that's run its course, and soliciting a new social network that they will charge members to use under the premise that it will provide more value to their referral efforts.. Give me a break!
3. This man basically built this company and now is risking losing all credibility and his downline if he does act quickly and provide a new product to all members still associated with him. He is no fool and realizes that Finanzas has not paid out ROIs in more than 9 months to investors. The company itself has been using "your funds" to purchase new software, acquire new companies and basically "hide the money" in other ventures while it waits to be shut down by authorities. I know this may seem a bit sensational to the readers of this blog, but I guarantee you that it is the truth.

I will respectfully not solicit the name of the "real opportunity" that I am associated with nor the name of the Master Distributor of Finanzas planning to move with me. I will offer my email address for all interested inquiries and interested investors into a real plan that is paying up to 9% PER month and that has consistently made me $20k in four months and growing. Please send inquiries to dustincruzado@gmail.com

I respect the creator of this blog and do not think that providing a signup link for an opportunity is appropriate in this case. If readers of this blog would like the truth from an insider, then please send me an email and will correspond with you directly with full disclosure. Kind Regards and good luck to all Finanzas investors..you will need it unfortunately.
